Our ambition

Styrvel will enable larger commercial buildings to reduce their energy consumption for heating the building, with between 20% and 30%.

Styrvel’s IoT system reduces heating in rooms without occupancy, while ensuring that rooms with people in them are at comfort temperature. This is done individually at each room.

During evenings, weekends and holidays the temperature is reduced from comfort temperature to a lower temperature, adjusted using temperature schedules and detection of occupancy. The same schedules ensures the temperature is back at comfort level when people are expected back in the rooms.

We are currently in development mode, but when ready we will offer these will offer a solution to customers which will provide these values to them:

• Reduced energy consumption for heating the building, with between 20% and 30%
• Reduced costs for heating the building with the same amount.
• Reduced CO₂ emission
• Monitoring and logging of indoor air quality (IAQ) data, including CO₂ level
• Improved compliance to building regulations
• Improved Energy Performance Certificate rating (Danish: Energimærke)
